How to trust again.  It is really difficult to trust again when you’ve been hurt by others most especially if that person is really close to your heart.

No matter how much we wanted to avoid entertaining the pain that they have left in our hearts, it will keep on haunting us until it pushes us to the limit of our anger and disappointment.

However, we should all realize that God is always there for us. We can always trust His will for us and that He is the only one who will remain loyal and honest to us.

Sinful people will always do failures and harmful acts against us, but God will always give us an assurance that everything will become easier and peaceful if we will put our trust in Him.

That being said, if you want to end your pain now and you are now willing to trust others again despite their mistakes, here’s what you need to do:

1. Don’t be afraid to show your true emotions. How to Trust Again When You've Been Hurt by Others

Suppression of emotions is not okay and it is not a sin for your information. However, if you will let your emotions to tear you down, this is the time that you need to control what you are feeling such as your anger because anger will definitely lead to a bigger sin.

God doesn’t want us to commit sins just because we let ourselves to exaggeratedly express our emotions. He just wants us to release the pain that we are feeling and eventually forget about it.

2. Learn to forgive those who have betrayed you.

I know how hard it is to forgive and forget the pain that others caused you. But the main key for you to trust others again is for you to forgive the damage that they have done in your life and move on.

Yes, it is easier than done, however, this will help you to release the burden of carrying an unforgiving heart.

Remember, God is always willing to forgive all our sins, so you must also do the same thing for you to be easily forgiven by God.

3. Pray for God’s help.

Pray to God and ask Him to help you in dealing with your pain. Ask God to guide you through the process of trusting others again and let Him know that you are willing to do everything that you can just to fix your broken heart and relationship with someone who has hurt you.

When praying, tell God that you will surrender everything to Him and that you will let God’s desires to happen in your life.

Trusting others again is not as easy as repairing a broken string in a guitar. Everything needs to undergo a process but don’t let that process put you on hold. Do something to make everything right on time for it is only you who can help yourself from surviving this kind of obstacle.
